Returns Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases of product defect. For products showing a manufacturers defect you are allowed 30 days to identify, catalog and address any defects for the purpose of refund or exchanging the products for non defective versions of the same product. All defective products will be replaced on a like for like basis unless a replacement of that exact sku is unavailable. In that case it will be at the discretion of our warehouse staff to offer a suitable replacement at the same price point.

Shipping


Currently all orders placed through 710trading.com.com will be fulfilled and made ready for pickup from our warehouse no later than 2 business day after the order is initially placed. All orders will be stored for pickup at our corporate warehouse address 420 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73107.
